Tales of the forgotten history

A short poem from the introduction of my second novel Tales of the forgotten history. . .
Let me tell you tales of time that passed
Day after day and nights of ages past
Days to remember no one will forget
Days that died never we will get.
Tales about god and goddess that lived
Many years ago the land was his gift
War started above the sky
For the conflict was strong and high.
Tales about races, species that walked
Before man kind in the days of old
Races that lived, fought and died
No one heard of them, no one survived.
Tales about beauty and love under the tree
Where lovers met beside the unending sea
Where they lived and died for love
Between grasses and stars above.
Tales about kings and queens that ruled
The land with wisdom with sword
Kings that fall under the spells
Of the darkness in the land that yet dwells.
I will tell you tales, many tales you may adore
And when my time comes remember me for
Remember my tales, remember my name
For most of the people are equal are the same.
